Yes. All Glowing Creations candles and wax melts are handmade in small batches, making each product unique.

🕯️What are your candles and wax melts made of?
Our candles and wax melts are made from rapeseed wax. This plant-based wax is known for its clean combustion and pleasant fragrance. We consciously choose rapeseed wax for its quality and European origin.

🎨 Can the color differ from the photo?
Yes. Because our products are handmade, the color may vary slightly from the photos on the website. This is part of the artisanal nature of our products.

🌸 What fragrances do you use?
We work with carefully selected fragrance compositions, ranging from floral and fresh to warm and sweet. The exact fragrance combination is always listed with each product.

🔥 How do I use a wax melt?
Place the wax melt (for a large wax melt, or up to four for the "Magic Melties") in a suitable wax burner and use an unscented tea light. Let the wax melt and enjoy the scent. Do not add water.

🕯️ How do I burn a candle safely?
Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface
Never leave a candle burning unattended
Keep away from children and pets
If necessary, trim the wick to ±5 mm

Some of our products are made to order. Therefore, please allow for a slightly longer processing time. This will be indicated with the product information.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding custom-made items). Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose.
We offer free shipping on orders over €40 , for orders below this amount standard shipping costs apply.
